The top header icons
At the top right of every CMS page, a small row of icons gives you access to the essential actions. Here is what each one does.
The Draft icon (plain globe)
Opens, in a new tab, a preview of your site exactly as it currently stands in draft, including all your unpublished changes. This is exactly what your visitors will see once you click Publish.
The Live site icon (green globe)
Opens, in a new tab, the currently published version of your site, the one your visitors see today. If you haven't published anything yet, this icon stays greyed out and inactive.
The Publish icon (orange rocket)
Only appears when you have pending changes. Click it to open a confirmation, then publish: your draft changes then become visible on the public site. Once everything is published, the rocket is replaced by an « Up to date » badge (green checkmark).
The Account icon
If you're signed in, this icon (a silhouette) opens a menu with quick search, access to the platform or your workspaces, the help center, and the sign-out button. If you're not signed in, a « Sign in » button appears in its place.
